BESTip ATA 11L supports 1 analog FXS port & 1 FXO port for connecting to an analog telephones or an analog terminal PBX or central office exchange line and an Ethernet interface for connecting to a home or office Local Area Network. It allows two users to simultaneously place calls from standard phones or a PBX system and remotely from phone or mobile.

It is possible for anyone has BESTip device in any country to pass local calls through ATA-11L. This occurs when someone dial FXO ID then dial local phone in the county where the ATA-11L found in. The calls go through the landline (that connected to FXO port) to wanted phone number with local cost.

With ATA-11L the devices IDs which only authorized to pass local call through ATA-11L can be specified. Also Inward password & outward password can be setup to protect FXO usage from stealing credit.

Just set the DSL Internet access in your BESTip with your phone keypads, dial the recipient’s ID number on the telephone set and you are ready to talk via Internet. In fact, placing calls with the BESTip is like using your existing phone system.
