You risk nothing in trying AwalFon's products and
services. Our Money Back Guarantee policy is hassle-free and aims to guarantee
your customer satisfaction. We offer refunds with no questions asked
should for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to cancel service within 30
days of your purchase. Because we are sensitive to shipping-related
delays of your equipment, we will be more than happy to extend your guarantee by
the number of days delayed should any shipment delays occur.
Terms of Money Back Guarantee:
You are required to cancel your service within 30 days of the receipt of your
equipment. You may not exceed usage of $5.00 in calling Time. We gladly refund
you for the equipment. Your refund is equivalent to the amount paid for the
equipment minus any usage above $5.00, and any shipping and handling charges.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Please be advised that there is no refund after 30
days of receiving the equipment or services . You are responsible for any
charges for overage, international or directory assistance calls. All returned
equipment must be returned in its original packaging with the UPC or bar code
intact with all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. You are
deemed ineligible under our Money Back Guarantee policy if these conditions are
not met.
You are responsible for return shipping. Please email
billing@ipvon.net or call +967-1289911 to cancel your service and
obtain a return authorization number. Equipment returned without a valid return
authorization number will not be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
